3. First interview and knowledge testing

If you were selected, you'll have the opportunity to convince us that you are the right person for the job. At the same time, you'll learn more about the organization, you'll get to know it better and understand your future role in the company and why you were selected. If all goes as expected for both parties, a testing stage will follow, then you will be able to prove your knowledge. The testing process will be different depending on the job you are applying at.

4. Final interview and hiring decision

This step will help us to deepen our understanding of the technical knowledge and skills that you own, we will find out more about your expectations and questions regarding the team that you will work with and you discover the personal and professional development opportunities that you will have in our company. In this phase, we will present the job offer, and with your approval, the recruitment process will end successfully. Even if you were not selected for the job , we assure you that you will be informed about the decision and will receive our feedback on all stages of the evaluation.

    Descriere:

    • In responsabilitatile postului intra atat activitatea de hunting (activare clienti noi) cat si cea de farming (gestionarea portofoliului existent);
    • Selecteaza potentiali clienti in aria desemnata si stabileste intalniri cu persoane de decizie;
    • Evalueaza, clarifica si valideaza nevoile clientilor; concepe oferte adaptate acestora;
    • Mentine o relatie bazata pe incredere cu persoanele de legatura desemnate din partea clientilor;
    • Monitorizeaza concurenta locala; 
    • Prospecteaza piata si tendintele acesteia din zona alocata si initiaza solutii de crestere a vanzarilor.


    Cerinte / Competente

    • Experienta relevanta in domeniu;
    • Persoana energica, persuasiva, cu atitudine serioasa, pozitiva;
    • Abilitati excelente de comunicare, de lucru in echipa si in conditii de stres;
    • Studii superioare sau medii
    • Posesor permis auto categoria B;
    • Cunostinte MS Office.
